Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Sister Midnight! 🐈⬛ Here's everything you need to know about getting your costume delivered.

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. More countries coming soon.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it's on its way.

Delivery time
After processing, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays and customs.

🎃 Halloween orders
Want your costume in time for October 31? We recommend ordering by October 14. Orders placed after that date will still ship, but we can't guarantee arrival before Halloween.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order. You'll always see the full cost before you pay.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show updates after the label is created, so don't worry if it's quiet at first.

Multiple items
If you order more than one costume (hello, bundle deal!), your items may arrive in separate packages. Each will have its own tracking.

Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it, or your costume arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. For damaged items, please include a photo.

Duties and taxes
Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. In rare cases, your local customs office may charge import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
